I purchased these to use to welcome our school staff back from summer break. Myself & everyone else thought that the end product turned out great! The package did not include instructions for airing up the foil balloons, but after going to the product page, I was able to inflate without any problem. A straw that was about 4 inches long was included, but I opted to use larger one from the kitchen drawer to inflate. Several reviews say that a straw was not included, however, I can see how it might have been included and easily fell out of the packaging as they unfolded the balloons without them noticing since it was just folded in with the balloons. Overall, I give it 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️*Photo was edited to cover our school district’s name on the backdrop, the balloons did not have any black marks on them.*

I bought this to decorate my boss's desk upon her return to work. Great quality, tons of items to decorate with for the price! Overall great, affordable welcome back kit that was the most bang for the buck! Highly recommend.

All the pieces are account for and I am pleased. I initially thought letter were missing until I blew them up.

Got this for a coworker who was out several months with an illness. He liked it. One of the main balloons did not inflate but otherwise it was just fine.

Good quality balloons and easy to assemble

Both E’s deflated after a few hours and the K came with a hole in it. It doesn't come with the strings for the letters and it only has a row of stars nothing like the picture. SMH!

Lasted for about a month 1st for my daughters, then Sister in law and Son...lol.. a couple of letters deflated bur overall Good buy

The stars ate one straight line not like in photo and the welcome back baloons have no rope you have to have your own other than that there nice.
