This is hands down the best iron. I’ve had low iron and ferritin since pregnancy nearly 3 years ago. Most iron would make me constipated. However, the 18mg is the perfect dose for me and causing no digestive issues. I’ve been able to raise my iron levels from 50 to 101 in a little over a month. I stopped taking it for a week and a half and my fatigue came right back since my ferritin levels are still lagging. So, I’ll unfortunately have to keep taking it or it my be a lifetime supplement.

This was so nice to conveniently order on Amazon. I normally visit my local health food store to pick these up, but due to my work schedule could not make it in time. This was literally a lifesaver.As far as the brand goes, I've been using this brand/product for years. They have left me feeling much better, and more energized, usually within 30 minutes or so. I like that they are gel-dissolving capsules, about the width of a finger nail. They go down easily.

I love these iron capsules because the iron in them is easily absorbed, replenishing energy readily, and they're easy on the stomach.

I usually get 27mg, but my blood shows I have enough ferritin with 18. Literally, the one my friends choose and was recommended by vitamin specialist in my home country

I worried because iron makes me very constipated and when a friend told me to try "chelated iron" I wasn't too sure but hey I like to explore and I went ahead and order these. since I starred taking them I'm okay with my bowel and I don't experience any constipation at all......if you don't believe what I'm saying just try it out for yourself. trying is believing....Also this product was very affordable as compare to the others that I know off.....i'm ordering more pretty soonThanks guys.....K

I have been anemic for most of my life but my body has problems absorbing iron...this kelated iron helps my energy level and my feelings of well-being.

Have used bluebonnet produts in the past with no issue. Love supporting local small business. But i Took these multiple times before I realized it was causing my stomach upset. I've taken iron supplements before with no problem. Apparently chelated can cause stomach upset. I can't return them. I should have paid closer attention to that.
