A really good all rounder multi vitimin .... Great value for money in relation to the competition. Been using for just over a month and delighted so far. Will be ordering regularly.

Hard to know how effective these are, you certain can't notice any difference in the short term, but i use them as a "safety net" to fill any gaps in nutrition from regular food.

For a lot of years I have been using Healthspan's Multivitality Gold multivitamins, along with other supplements. I have always felt comfortable that the company is a good one to buy from.Usually I buy direct from Healthspan, but they have started also selling their products on Amazon, this is great for Amazon shoppers.It's not always easy to quantify the use of supplements, taking them is really just a leap of faith, we take them believing that they are doing us some good, sometimes we may feel the benefits, but more often that not, it is a perceived benefit, certainly in my case. I buy from Healthspan as it's a brand that I personally feel comfortable with.The tablets are are reasonably chunky, this may present a little challenge if you don't like taking tablets, for me they're fine. They come in blister packaging and the boxes will fit through your letterbox quite easily.These are virtually the same as the Multivitality gold that I already take. I checked the ingredients of my current ones against these. Everything is identical with the exception that in the Elite brand you also get Vitamin B3 and Vitamin B5; THESE COULD BE nice additions.You get 120 tablets for £11.69 which doesn't seem too bad to me as it works out to about 10p per tablet.

Good quality tablets containing a range of multivitamins.The tablets are quite big but are relatively easy to swallow.They have no strong taste to them.Have had no bad side effects from taking these.
