Exactly what I needed!
I love making sourdough, and this has made it so easy to try designs! The quality seems amazing! The handle is comfortable for me. I also like that it comes with extra blades and a cover. I think it was work paying a few extra dollars to get the long handle.

Great lame
If a surgeon stops by and needs an extremely sharp knife to deal with an emergency, you’ve got it covered. Use extreme care in installing, removing, and cleaning the blade. The tool is easy to use and makes a great cut.

I can't get deep enough cuts with this without the blade coming off or dough getting stuck in the thing that holds the blade in place. I'll continue to use it until I find a better option.
