Salty like my soul. The Tropical flavor tastes like my knocked up college dropout niece wrung her sweat soaked Tropicana beach towel into a bottle and made me drink it.But I didn’t order it for the taste. I drink a bottle a day to replenish my electrolytes and keep my BP up. I suffered a coronary dissection and this is keeping me from having to take extra meds for my (hopefully temporary) heart failure. It’s amazing how much better I feel after I drink one. Grateful to have it.

Luckily, there was a convenience store right by the trail, and as I searched for an electrolyte drink, this one caught my eye. I figured—why not give it a shot? I’m so glad I did! After drinking it, I felt instantly refreshed and energized, and I was able to continue running much longer. Now, I can’t train without these. Whether I’m going to the sauna, running long distances, or doing an intense workout, I always have BIOLYTE with me. These drinks actually work and have become a must-have in my routine!

I love Biolyte! I like that I am keeping my electrolyte level up. I drink two bottles a week, half on Monday and half on Tuesday, then half on Thursday and Friday. My only two problems are that this is expensive. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income, but it does help to keep you healthy. My other issue is that I can't open the bottles, and I am fairly strong. I use a pair of plumber's pliers to open the bottles.
