Very good seems to work as expected
From ayurvedic "The herb Punarnava contains three different tastes, chiefly Madhura (sweet ), Tikta (bitter), and Kashaya (astringent) Rasa." The BIXA product meets the expected tastes and smells and is very consistent from container to container. A very good product that works as expected.

I wasn't particularly happy with this
not super happy with this... it didn't pull water weight/ fluid off of me that I could notice... I really want to get off of diuretics... I am still trying other things too, but this one didn't work for me. It seems to work for a lot of other people though so try and see if it works for you...

I bought this because I suffer from very bad edema in my lower body which is slowly moving up into my lungs. the dosage is 1-2 tsp a day with water. as a precaution I started with a half of a teaspoon every other day with water. it legit tastes like peppery dirt. BUT clothes I was not able to wear because they had become uncomfortable fit. they aren't tight now and it's been a week. Not only that my lungs no longer feel full or heavy and I can breathe better. so, while I do not SEE much of a difference in my feet and legs there is some improvement. only downside... the bathroom needs to be really close at all times. would I buy this again? Yes absolutely. I found adding a little apple cider drink mix helps to offset the dirt taste.

Helps with fluid retention.
This works to remove excess water, my husband tends to have fluid retention and it helps a lot. It taste like dirt, but he just takes it mixed with hot water as a shot and then chases it with a glass of water. Besides the yucky taste this stuff works.

Suggest start at small doses first.
I took my first dose. A wopping 1/8th of a teaspoon. And urinated 2x as much.i made sure to take it early in the day don't want to be awake in the bathroom all night.
