Does not work at all. Wifi also problem

First PEEJEE OVERSEAS sent me a wrong item. A very cheap one but with the original bill of 6400Rs. After exchange I got a cheaper D25 instead of D19. I decided to keep it. Big mistake.This Player has no WIFI,The Bluetooth is not connecting (i know how to use Bluetooth).Impossible to copy music through the wire given, the device is not recognized by a the computer, and I tried 3 different ones..If you put a memory card, you don't know how you can copy in the LIB files provided. It is totally unclear.The video formats must be specific. So you cannot watch a video without reformatting it at the only format accepted by he device.So thank you PEEJEE OVERSEAS to provide this marvelous MP3 Player that is totally useless.I whole heartily discourage to buy a product like this except if you want to loose your money.

Battery life is good, sound quality good, bluetooth good, ease of use, size and quality also perfect, value for money

Amazing sound quality.Everything works perfectly fine.Worth every penny.Carries weight which is like boom.I am happy and satisfied with the product. I don’t understand why ppl are writing negative reviews. I always trust Amazon service. 5 out 5 I give Amazon and Service. Product is 5 out 5.

Replacement product also has same problem. Bluetooth does not work. It does not identify all Bluetooth devices like Buds. It identifies one plus 11 mobile but does not get connected. I have wasted my money and time by ordering this product.

Can be used as much needed controller of BT speakers. This product has no speaker of its own sound cannot be heard without external speakers or headphones. Battery bkup is very good. Haven’t yet tried radio. I am happy with this product.
