I mix an envelope of the vitamin powder mix with fruit or tea flavor drink mixes. I usually drink two or three a day to keep me hydrated and healthy. This one is an exceptionally good flavor, citrus is very pronounced

I have used Ener-C for years- my favorite is the lemon lime yet I also enjoy the grapefruit. I am a carbonation freak- and the effervescence of this product is great.Not only does it provide my single source of vitamin C- it simple tastes so good. I do not drink sodas- and this when added to sparkling water is a real thirst quencher. I highly recommend. Does not taste chalky like the competitor products do- I have tried them all.

Does have a vitamin flavor and not bad taste.

I normally buy the Raspberry flavor but at the time the Lemon-Lime flavor was several dollars less.The flavor is just OK. It's not objectionable just not particularly enjoyable like the Raspberry. Next time I'll spend the extra bucks and get the flavor I really like.The product itself is outstanding! Better nutrient wise than Emergen-C. More potasium, minerals. I have a heart condition and immuno issues so the potassium and B & C vitamins are perfect. And in today's foods we typically don't get enough minerals.This particular package seems old as there were clumps instead of the just powder. Given that the packets are foil lined and sealed well, that is the only explanation I could think of. This made it difficult to get dissolved, but not impossible. I won't buy from this seller again.

I start my day mixing 1 packet of Ener-C it with 1 scoop Arginine and Citrulline drink mix. I get 16 ounces of healthy energy every morning. I do this again in the afternoon. I never need caffeine. Of course if you are addicted to caffeine you will need to ween yourself off it or you will get headaches. I can also mix this with a amino acid mix for my workouts.

I usually love their flavors but this one is terrible. Chalky and almost tums like texture. I’m sticking with mango and coconut.

Great bright citrus flavor, the addition of cane sugar vs high fructose makes a difference in taste in a good way, the crystals are coarser so there is a bit of a texture difference compared to emergen c's formula lemon lime .
