Easy transition from bottle
I purchased the honey bear cup to help transition my baby from a bottle, as he would not take sippy cups. I saw the honey bear cup was recommended by SLPs, and it has worked great! By gently squeezing the cup, the liquid will go up the straw and baby will quickly catch on and suck from the straw. Within a few days my 9 month old was able to drink from cups with a straw. No sippy cups needed! Bonus they are easy to clean!

Great for learning how to drink from straw
These are the perfect cups to teach your little how to drink from a straw. I bought these for my twins after seeing a friend had them. I am always excited when things come in a two pack with twins. The cups are super lightweight which makes it easy for a little one to pick up and put down on their own and grip. These cups helped my littles pick up on sucking from a straw pretty quickly. It helps that you can squeeze the bottle to help the water flow out and assist them when first trying them out. I guess that is the only downside too though, if the cups are full and your little squeezes the cup tight water will fly out. That wasn’t a huge deal since we only used these for a few weeks to learn how to use a straw. The brushes that it comes with makes it easy to clean. I highly recommend for teaching.

A Must-Have for Teaching Straw Drinking
The media could not be loaded. I have to thank this Honey Bear cup for teaching my baby how to drink from a straw. We had tried several other cups, including Munchkin sippy cups, but nothing clicked for her.The Honey Bear made it so much easier — being able to gently squeeze helped her understand how to suck, and she picked up the skill quickly. It’s easy to use, easy to clean, and it comes with extra straws and cleaning brushes. Definitely one of our favorite baby purchases!

Hubby bear cup
Overall these work great for those first few sips! I like that I can gently squeeze it to help my little while sucking to get the concept of sucking leads to drinking water. The size of the cup is great, generally I just fill it up half way because when my little grabs it and tips it over it spills. That is the major downside that it spills if squeezed. Which, most little hands are going to squeeze. So you have a big mess. Haha. We used this for about three weeks. Now my little understands the concept of drinking through a straw so we are switching to a new cup that is spill proof. Another win for this cup is that it is so light weight, so it isn’t heavy for littles to hold. But the con to that is it is plastic and therefore not the best as plastic consumption is not great! But great for learning! I’m

Best straw cup ever!!
I absolutely love these straw cups. My son never took a bottle and I struggled for so long to find him a sippy cup or straw cup that would work and spent money on so many different ones. I only had to squeeze this cup one time and he instantly understood how to use it on his own. Is also extremely durable, as he tends to throw it from his Highchair and it resists spills fairly well, he has to get it at *just* the right angle to really spill so it's very rare. The quality of the bottle is excellent as well as the cleaning tools it comes with. I'm extremely happy with this purchase and I'll be grabbing more. Totally worth the money, he can drink from all kinds of adult straw cups now too which has made life super easy.

Learning tool
I bought this item for my son when he was about a year old to wean him off bottles and onto straw cups. When I tell you, this worked like a charm, it was unbelievable. It took 10 minutes of practicing for my son to understand the idea. What makes it so easy to use as a learning tool is the ability to squeeze it.Since that day, he’s been on straw cups entirely and we’ve kept these in rotation. I have been putting them in my dishwasher with no issues, although it’s easy enough to clean with the sponge you’re given. The material it’s made of is pretty thin but durable, I have never had to replace one of these cups due to breaking.

Great to teach baby to drink with a straw
Since baby was 7 months or so I have been trying to get her to drink from a straw. Suddenly at about 8 months old she got the hang of it and since then this has been her favorite water bottle.Used and washed (easily!) daily, it is easily handled by baby hands, doesn't immediately spill when half full and turned over because the water can't get into the bottom of the straw. No weighted straw crap. No complex setup and multiple tiny pieces. Just a perfectly regular free flow straw.Baby loves drinking water from this. Highly recommend to parents trying to teach baby to drink from a straw.

Good for learning straw usage only!
I realized why this product is so popular. For babies that don’t know how to use a straw, this is the easiest way for them to learn! Besides that, I hate the quality of plastic in this bottle, it is thin and flimsy.
