I wanted to give you enough time before providing a review. I have been taking this as prescribed on the bottle for about 10 days. I decided to give this a try for a few reasons. I have a knee that gives me issues from time to time, I am in menopause and Magnesium was something suggested to take as a supplement. I do notice that I am not waking up multiple times during the night sweats or insomnia). I work out about 5 days a week alternating with upper/lower and full body days. Since my knee lets me know that it's not happy with lunges/steps ups or anything focused I've been gentle with it. But today is the first day doing a side lunge (with light weights) and I haven't had an issue, I will still continue to review as time progresses - to ensure this isn't just mental sabotage, it's the long run for me. It is a vegetable capsule, so if you are sensitive to the taste of your capsule - be aware, there is a taste that is noticeable.

Helped with muscle recovery and more deep sleep. Didn’t upset my tummy .

Quality product for pain and no oxide!

The capsules I have experienced in the bottle are snow white and have no smell. I ordered a new bottle. When it arrives The lid of the box was torn and crushed. When I opened the bottle, which was still sealed, the capsules were brownish looking and had an odd smell, I didn't want to take them. When I tried to process a return I was told I could not return the item so now I am out $20. This is very upsetting as I live on a very fixed income😠
