Very nice, easily warmed up . Have had shea butter from another company which I found quite gritty. This one is a lot smoother, does have a ‘buttery’ aroma to it. Great for post healing tattoos without being too heavy on the skin. Great for dry skin. Also bigger than the other ones I’ve tried and better value for money. Quick delivery

Nice product; good moisturiser.

I've been using this as a moisturiser for my arms for a couple of months now and it's amazing. My skin feels more smooth than it ever has. I was hesitant about this product at the beginning because the surface layer was a bit of a grainy texture and hard to spread, and it was hard to disconnect the smell with food - I felt a bit weird for a couple of weeks thinking I smelt of food - lol - but I'd definitely recommend as a moisturiser. I use a lighter, more watery moisturiser first then this on top and I find this helps it to spread and absorb better but I wouldn't say that's essential. I had been using the body shop shea butter before this but I found that had a tendency to sit above the skin a bit, not completely absorbing and so getting little bits of clothing fibres on it and feeling a bit cloggy/heavy. In contrast, this absorbs very nicely, just needs a little bit of time and don't use too much. It's also easier to spread now (spring) than it was in winter (since it's a lot warmer now). I could see how this would be nice to use for food too - I like being able to use is as a lib balm that's completely inoffensive to the tongue and body. Might be too heavy duty for the face unless you make your own cream. Overall, very good :)

I bought this because I have very dry skin as well as eczema an psoriasis and whilst I didn't buy it specifically to treat them, I wanted to find a natural moisturiser to calm the rest of my skin. I don't know if it was just the pot I received but the butter is very and granular and getting it out of the pot requires a fair bit of effort. However, as soon as it warms up it melts very easily and spreads pretty easily on the skin.The problem for me was that it never really absorbed into the skin and instead I had an oily residue that just sat on top of the skin and would stain anything it came into contact with. Then there is the smell. I would say that it is over powering but maybe that's just me. I could get used to it I guess but it's not particularly nice. So whilst it did do an excellent job of moisturising my skin and completely prevented itchy and painful patches from appearing, it just wasn't practical and so stopped using it.

Woooow , l would recommend it very badly, it is amazing and hydrating the body very perfectly. How ever because it is row and thick you need to take a little bit would be more than enough and mix it with any other green to make it lighter on the skin. It is perfect , just buy it !!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️This is what l did to make the mixture look lighter on my skin . 5 ⭐️

Smells absolutely dreadful unfortunately not something I can live I cannot use as I can’t stomach the rancid smell, very very disappointed. Absolutely would not recommend
