Good machine to start with 👌 (Cleanes way better than a Kaamwali)
The machine is easy to use.A bit heavy but that's just quality so the cleaner is very well built.Cleaning is good and efficient on Hard floors ( not checked on carpets n all). Floor feels clean when walked bare feet.suction is good and definately not weak.The product instilled a good trust to buy expensive "pochha" machine for house cleaning. Will buy another one when needed.Kaamwali k nakhre jhelne se achha h mehnga pochha khareed lo 🤘UPDATE :-Bought 2 more 🤘. you can go for it

Worst product,worst service by Eureka forbes
Stopped working just in five months.Soiled water from brush does not pass into the tank leaving floor more dirty.Self clean system is also not working.This is third big machine bought online by me which has gone out of order in a few months .I think companies dump their defective products online to cheat customers.This time even Amazon has not helped me out as in case of aqua guard water purifier.Consumer complaint at Forum seems only redressal.

Don't buy it
I bought it on May 21st and used just 2 times only, with in a month usage its rollar motor got damaged.Even though they arranged a service and changed the roller they got no guratee. I asked for customer service person about this ,they Dont know nothing.
