Really good build quality. It's just like a chefs kitchen gadget. The temperature measurement has perfect accuracy. And because it is of such good quality it also is very sensitive to the slightest raise in temperature. Really easy to use by pushing into your food and the temperature shows on the dial and it is also water resistance, so you can just wipe clean. Love my new kitchen chef gadget.

The product arrived on the afternoon and was used for the first - time that night. It is fantastic and spot on in taking the temperature in Fahrenheit or Celsius, within an accuracy of about 0.5 degree for both.To change to either, just press one of the small - buttons on the back and it's done. It also switches itself off completely if it hasn't been used for ten minutes. So one only has to wipe the probe when used, not ever wash it, and slip the protection cover back on. Bingo!Finally, I threw the instructions in the bin, because the excellent videos say it all. Why sellers do not upload a video of their product is beyond me, it does sway my choice! So buy it, try it, and smile..!!!

This has become a must have to n my kitchen. Didn't realize how much I was over cooking chicken until I got one. Comes with a handy chart for meat temperatures. Easy to use. Build quality is ok for what it is.
