These capsules are hands down one of my must-have daily supplements. I took these tablets to help with bloating and discomfort, to give mt guy a bit of a cleanse. After visiting my health practitioner, they recommended this as I had some bacteria build up in my tum. They certainly helped, I felt way more comfortable after a day or so...just beware, you migh find you are pooping a bit more and your stool is darker - this is just the charcoal!

Good for cleansing but you need to drink plenty of water. Probably more easy to take than the powdered form and less messy.You may have slight constipation for a few days after taking.I find the strong drying and diuretic effect leaves me agitated and not feeling good. This subsides after I've eaten. But note you must not eat for two hours after ingesting.Not great value for money as the amount advertised is misleading.

Back in the day, I used charcoal tablets to prevent hangovers or at least make the morning significantly less evil. I saw these and thought back to those pain-free days of my 30s. They were purchased in a flash and turned up the next day. I looked forward to the weekend with less trepidation and took as directed. Unfortunately, they do not prevent hangovers, they do not reduce the smell of the aftermath in the toilet the following day, and they are hefty units to swallow. That said, they do create black poo with a consistency of crude oil and they do require a lot of paper to get back to some semblance of normality. If that's what you're after then order immediately.
