It's amazing product looks like new.but not functioning due to getting no battery is detected error 😔

More than I expected. Works good . There is some issues both battery- no keeps long , but for this price it is good laptop for office working and staying

I ordered this laptop because it was advertised as having 8GB of RAM, but when I received it and checked the system, it only had 4GB. This was disappointing, as I specifically needed the extra memory for my work.I’ve contacted the seller and am waiting for a resolution. Otherwise, the laptop looks and performs fine for basic tasks, but this kind of discrepancy is unacceptable for a product listing.I hope others don’t face the same issue, and I would advise double-checking the specs before purchasing.

This item I order was exactly what I receiveI love its so much but the only thing is am not very much satisfied with the battery capacity, it's get lows so quickly

Ova laptop is good but delivery is very delayed

This has been one of the worst tech purchases I’ve ever made. Right out of the box, the quality felt cheap, and things only got worse from there. Within just a few weeks, the charging port stopped working, making it nearly impossible to keep the device powered on without constantly adjusting the charger. Total frustration.To make matters worse, the keyboard started coming apart, with keys popping out and feeling completely unstable. The build quality is shockingly poor — it feels like this laptop was thrown together with no attention to durability or long-term use.If you’re looking for something reliable or even remotely decent, stay far away from this model. It’s not worth the headache, even at a low price.

Just it served my expectations but more so the after sell service and follow up is wow
