These are so great for a quick on the go breakfast or an afternoon snack. 12 g protein. Filling. Nice texture. Our hot tip: add some peanut butter to it before you microwave it. Delish.

I really like the convenience of these and they taste great! Nice and rich chocolate flavor and helps me get my protein in.

These are actually so delicious. Since I work night shift, I need to be careful of what I eat because I can easily gain weight eating at night. But I also get easily nauseous if I’m hungry. I have this as my last meal during the shift and it’s so good, a pick me upper and my little reward for getting through the shift. I am so loyal to this chocolate fudge flavor, I buy a 12 pack once a month.

Better tasting than the dry mix I’ve tried. No undesirable “protein” flavor. Super convenient for kid breakfast. Sugar content is not low, but it tastes like legit chocolate cake, so we just try not to eat it every day!

nice but sorta flavorless,,Update... so I had several of these. They are a nice morning grab,, moist and wam when your ready. I do think if they would add a small honey packet for each container it would be a nice option for those wanting just a smidge more flavor. I love spreading a smidge of honey on top and its a game changer.. plus I have the benefits honey can offer.

ThisThis was an excellent product. I had been eager to try it for quite some time and finally took the plunge to order it. I can confidently say that I enjoyed every bit of it. While knowing it is a source of protein was a plus, the delightful hot chocolate flavor is what truly captivates your taste buds. I recommend giving it a shot; you won’t regret it.

While these were tasty and easy to prepare, I found them to be a bit on the dry side, even with adding more water. Probably won't buy again. But for a quick protein snack, they do the trick.
