Best of the Breath Right flavors
Iāve tried both this product and the extra strength version. If youāre new to trying breath right strips, start with these. The extra strength are a bit too sticky. These are perfect. They stick all night and come off easy in the morning. They open up my nasal passages and I sleep much better.

Great.. unless oily skin.
These are great, perfect for my wife. BUT if you have oily skin like me, even if you clean thoroughly, by the morning the clear model will be falling off as the adhesive is not strong enough. But only for oily skin. For my wife the opposite, the weaker adhesive means no skin damage - perfect for her.

Work well, but too much everlasting adhesive
These work well, I dont' notice a difference in sleep quality as I have sleep apnea and no nose strip is going to change that. But you do breathe well, they are also nice to use at the gym. However, the adhesive is hard to remove from my skin. Drives me mad.

Fits nicely and actually works! Peels off easily with not ill effects to my skin.

Not for Runners
Only works for very light exercise. Any sweat or heat will make the strip unusable and will fall off. Comes off within a mile of a run. If used for sleep or at home it works fine.

These are amazing and I notice a huge difference! I do suggest you bend them on the seems to give them some flexibility before applying!
