Polarity wrong on one side
Received and the polarity of one of the connecting prongs on the charging cable was the wrong way around meaning only half of it would connect to my device and it wouldn’t charge unless I forced it into place. Have had to return. Don’t recommend.

Polarity is a problem!
Only connects to half the unit. Polarity has been set up incorrectly. Seems to be a recurring problem for them.
