Everything worked perfectly. I have done lots of electrical soldering but little on plumbing. This kit has Everything you need except the heat. Saves money because I didn't have ro buy more than I needed.

Great plumbers solder.

I almost didn't buy this plumbing solder because the roll itself lists no ingredients and doesn't say 'Silver Solder'. My roll of AIM Electrical Solder says Silver Solder on the label, and it lists the elements (Ag=Silver). Consequently, I had to download AIM's data sheet for this plumbing solder and it is indeed silver solder (photo). It was important because I was soldering a brass PEX converter fitting to copper heat pipe, and silver solder bonds well to brass.It worked well and just took a bit more heat, which is characteristic of silver solder.AIM - You make great solder (Canada), please label your products properly. If I left this roll in the shop, nobody would know what kind of solder it is and they probably wouldn't use it on brass.If I didn't have to waste time confirming the solder's ingredients, this would have received 5 stars.IAIM makes great solder for a good price...and it's made in Canada!

I used when I replaced the tub/shower valve in the main bath, flowed as it should, no leaks.

Armature here needed to solder bathroom pipe. This is quality stuff, worked like a charm

good product

I used the kit the very day it arrived. I had a line leak in my freezer and the solder provided in the kit did the job sealing it back for recharge. Not a ton of solder on the roll, but enough for smaller tasks.
