Looks great in the esclade dash
"High-End Look Without the High-End Price"The Pioneer 9" in-dash multimedia center is an absolute head-turner. Its sleek design and modern interface make it look like you’ve spent a small fortune on your car’s audio system. It’s a centerpiece that screams luxury, but the price tag tells a different story—in the best way possible. For the cost, you’re getting a fantastic deal. The touchscreen is responsive, the interface is user-friendly, and it handles the basics like Bluetooth and media playback flawlessly. That said, it’s not packed with the premium features of higher-end models. There’s no built-in GPS or advanced audio tuning options, which might be a downside for some.Still, if you’re looking for a multimedia system that elevates your car’s interior without emptying your wallet, this is the perfect choice. It’s proof you don’t need to spend big to enjoy a high-end look and solid performance!

Not really what I expect
When you see the name Pioneer you think power you like sound and functionality, this unit whileIt does play good it definitely lacks the pioneer quality had it professionally installed looks amazing in my Ram 1500 but definitely will be upgrading the unit soon. Sorry pioneer but this one is not what I was hoping for but I guess that’s the old saying pay for what u get

Not iPod compatible. Pioneer defines an iPhone as an iPod.
Well, what most would believe is an iPod, ... Pioneer says is what they call an iPhone. I made two calls to Pioneer when I plugged in two of my iPods and this car stereo, did not find either. I searched youtube videos for a fix and could not find anything, except for an application named Weblink. I loaded the weblick app on two tablets and the stereo saw the tablet, but gave multiple errors. When I asked the Pioneer tech support, why would they put iPod on the screen, their response was to blame Amazon for not directly saying that an iPod will not on a device that has iPod as a source option.I gave this radio a second star for the sound output. It makes no sense, because it is using my same factory amplifiers and speakers that are 15 years old and they sounded as if the truck rolled off the factory line two days ago. So for sound quality, I know I am not a music guru, at the same time I can not ignore the great sound of this unit. The sound was so good that I was thinking about keeping it for another car, but am not going with online music streaming and I will not switch to a iPod. I know that those of us who still use our iPods are a dwindling number, but avoid this stereo, if you own one.
