We measured my waist. Fits perfect! Awesome support. I had spinal stenosis surgery. The brace they fitted to me at hospital did not fit after a week. I have 3 months to go, wearing a brace. It was necessary to have the support till sine fusion is adhered a d complete. This brace is comfortable, yet super support. Im so pleased.

Literally a lifesaver! I became incapacitated after experiencing a disc bulge at L5-S1. I couldn’t move without electrifying nerve pain. I ordered this in a rush and when it came it was super easy to put on. I’m 5’4” 210lbs and it fit me just fine without using the extender. The tensioner helped support my spine to keep the disc from pushing on my nerve.

Back brace is made well and is very supportive! The brace was delivered quickly. Seller is responsive and easy to work with. This is my second purchase from this seller. I lost weight and had to buy a smaller size. I love that the smaller brace comes with an extender in case you ever need it, which is great if you ever wear it over bulkier clothing. Will purchase from the seller again in the future if needed.

I have stenosis and thus problems with two disks slipping. My old brace was to worn out, so I decided to try this brand and model. After one week wearing it as directed it has stabilized my back. If it continue to hold up, I will give it the highest rating.

Very comfortable to wear for long periods. Easy adjustment, has an extension for larger sizes that works great while working in the garden, allowing you to bend while the belt is still giving support. It pulls your lower back inward giving support while standing or working. Best one I've owned ever. Quit buying those $20 type, your back needs more support.

It supports your back with the best support I ever had. I have quite a bit of degenerative discs and this is supper amazing that I’m just about pain free. I wish I would have found this years ago. I guess better late than never!!
