I was using this sand (along with 2 different colors of the same brand) to do a school spirit centerpiece. The sand was exactly as described. The containers were sturdy and would definitely keep the sand secure if you were going to store it. For me, the containers are being repurposed to hold small items. I wanted to be deliberate in my color scheme so I purchased squeeze bottle and piped it into the glass container.

This sand was the PERFECT blue as matched in the pictures online. We used to fill up our custom centerpieces for our baby shower. Perfect craft sand! Would highly recommend for any decorative projects!

Pretty light blue fine grain sand for all kinds of craft projects. My kids and I used this sand to make various aquatic play bins. I purchased 2 containers of this light blue sand and like the sturdy container that it comes in.

Very pretty colored sand

I would not give this product a star, but you have to give it something for a review, so one star it is. The top is glued down so tight I could not open the jar to see if the product is worth a review or not. Unless, you have the strength of hulk don't bother, not sure if I ended up with a defected jar or not. There isn't a handle as shown in the picture. I tried to pry it opened to no avail, very frustrating and I will have to send it back.

This sand is super hard to sweep up if it gets spilled on the floor. It also gets stuck in crevices of walls very easily.

This sand is too fine grain. It is like dust and sticks to nearly everything. If they play with this their hands will be stained blue. It is a nice color and may be good for crafts but not great for kids sensory bin which is why I bought it. I recommend kinetic sand for kids to play with.
