I think these stay in place VERY WELL, much better than the Walmart brand did, and I was reasonably satisfied with that brand, too. . These just stay in place exceptionally well. I have an injured ankle and, strangely enough, these generic Lidocaine patches do provide some relief. I wouldn't think of putting these on an ankle, but even with all the typical ankle contours and the fact that the patch must be expected to slide in an out of a sock or shoe, these patches are holding up extremely well. Highly recommend.

I rarely write reviews, but just had to for this product! It is amazing, and there is no smell! I've tried quite a few and this has been the best for both medication and stickiness. Some are too sticky with apparently no medication and some are really smelly!! I can't tell you how much relief I'm getting from them! Yes, buy these! Honestly, you won't be disappointed.

I have bought these patches multiple times and it definitely is a great product for its price. It works for the pain well.I will say it does fall off easy, especially if you exercise and can NOT go in the shower. Forgot to take off once and it was sticky like all over the patch.They are very stretchy and you can use tape to keep them on longer.

Seem to work well on my SI Joint pain. Helps as part of a slew of things I use to help deal with it.

These work BUT they do not stick for more than a couple hours. I use lidocaine patches primarily on my lower back and these are the only ones that have ever come off by themselves after 3-4 hours. They feel wet when applied which I’ve never had with other brands. I bought these to try out since there’s more in a box and cheaper than the brand I buy. I’ll continue paying a couple extra dollars for something that actually works as intended.

I have knee pain from a fall and this patch helps my pain. It sticks better than others I have tried!

This is a great product at a great price.I will never again buy the name brand product.

Lidocaine patch does the trick, but I’ve found other brands easier to use.This comes folded (why the extra full-size packaging for each patch?), with two separate pieces to remove. If, like me, you’re putting it on your back, this is a bit awkward as cannot see what you’re doing to get second piece off.As well, unlike other patches I’ve bought, the gel goes to the edge of the patch. This means there’s no super sticky “border” to help hold patch in place. Thus. Amazon patch has rolled and wrinkled more than other brands with a sticky borde.
