Very useful product and multitasker

I use it for cleaning the sofa, bed, cleaning spots where the mop or broom can't reach. It can be used on almost all surfaces. Its got enough power to remove stains, dust, etc,.One small flaw, the cloth that comes with it which is to be used to clean sofa etc., gets worn out very easily. But otherwise this is a really good product ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️NOTE: There are some people who don't know about the functions and given bad reviews. this is a steamer, its water turning into steam.

First of all, it's just a handy steamer, and do not expect it to behave like a commercial steamer used in drycleaning and car detailing.Built quality is Good in fact very good so it's safe. No issues with that.You can just add 200 MLS of water in it and the steam throw is good so the tank goes empty in 2-3 minutes.Don't expect it to clean your kitchen chimney it will not. You need detergent and hot water for it.Don't expect it to clean your Bathroom tiles, scaling, or kitchen stove cleaning. No, it won't.Don't expect it to remove wrinkles and sterilize your curtains and beds. No, it won't.NOW what can it do -- It will clean your furniture, Almirahs, Washable painted walls to remove stains, etc. It will do wonders. The car engine will look like brand new if you use it. Produces a good amount of steam and if you press it continuously it will throw hot water too along with the steam.Verdict-- It is useful for small jobs only where no heavy steam is required. Cleans my chimney like magic only steam and tissue and you are good to go. Sanatize my kids toys clean my switch board ,mirrors fridge... And more I liked it very much. But need to be carefull while steaming I got a burn.only one con I think they should provide a safety glove

Writing this review to make everyone aware about service care for product if you have any issue with product. My product was under warranty and it got faulty so I have sent an email to customer care and they shipped me a new product as replacement. But the product that I received was also having issue of steam leaking and then I followed up with them but no response till date from them.Not worthy to buy this product due to customer service, in case you have issue with product there is guarantee that it will get resolved. Please invest your money wisely.

Works as advertised. Attachments are flimsy and not heat resistant. On using with attachments, they tend to soften and deform because of the heat

I was on the fence between this and a higher priced model. Glad I didn't go with the latter. The attachments are great. Works well for a cleanliness freak like me.
