Doesn't help me get off to sleep at all. I slept better, if I get up in the night I can get back off to sleep faster. Just wish it would help me fall asleep faster, takes hours. Early days so still hoping, great price, going to continue.

I did my homework a bit as there’s so many magnesium products on the market but not necessarily for what I wanted them for (sleep & restless legs!)I read mainly good reviews for this brand also good value so thought I’d give them a go.I would say my sleep has improved and I’ve also noticed my nails are a lot stronger.I have also noticed my tooth strength has improved which I think is the magnesium too

Trusted Brand, which I have purchased other supplements from before. This Magnesium product is very effective and I'm very pleased with it, not to mention the amazing price.

It's cheap, and provides a good amount of elemental magnesium with nothing else and no frills which is what I wanted. I have lowered my star rating because I got a bit of a begging message asking me to review. This product isn't short of reviews, and I have enough going on in my life without getting messages from the seller specifically asking me to review a supplement so that was a bit of an annoyance. On top of that, in the message it made a big deal about being the cheapest on Amazon, and in the 2 or 3 weeks since then the price has gone up by another 35% so actually isn't that cheap anymore.I haven't specifically noticed any change to muscle fatigue or sleep since taking this, but if I stop taking it and things change I will update this review. For the price, it seems like a good choice.
