I think it was a returned product. Box was dirty and charging code is missing. I will try test run and probably end up returning it

Extremely frustrating experience. Battery constantly shows red light when I turn the blender on, despite being charged fully. Immediately after, orange light flashes indicating blades stuck, even if i fill blender with water only.Horrible experience. Useless, low quality "blender".
