Fantastic! It's my first time smoking meat at my garden party, the taste was amazing. I love it. I was tired of just plain bbq meat, so I decided to add smoking chips to my bbq charcole, WOW!! The taste was just fantastic. All my guests were asking and talking about the flavour of the meat. Highly recommended and will definitely buy again.

This product does work but I suggest you microwave it first to dry it out.Mine would not continue to burn until I had done this. Worked fine after

Surprised as to how big the bags of wood dust are, it is just a case of working out how much to use and of course the flavour. Not used it yet but by all accounts it is supposed to be good. A wee bit pricey for wood dust though you get a fair amount I suppose.

Big bag and will last you a long time. You don't have to put a lot into a normal smoker.......just a sprinkling. Right from start. with no knowledge of smoking, I have been using these to make delicious tasting smoked trout. Well worth the money.
