I struggle with frequent ear and throat inflammation to the point where I don’t even realize I have discomfort unless I’m sick and very obviously have inflammation. It worked very little for me. I have dry itchy ears. I used q tip to apply in each ear at least twice a day. Make sure you wipe excess oil from ear. Didnt know it was dripping out of one ear until coworker told me. embarrasing.
