Trace elements in formula
I have used vitax Q4 for decades. I prefered when it was in powered form because I incorporate it in home made compost, now I have to crush it.First class general fertiliser with trace elements, recommended.

Great product and excellent delivery time I recommend this supplier.

Lovely green lawn.
Did the job. Just remember to store in airtight container if not using it all. Last 3rd of mine went craggy so had to put in water and allow to dissolve before using the last of it.

Great balanced formulation
I don't know why you sometimes get a feel good vibe from certain brands but you do and for me one of those from the world of horticulture is Vitax. I don't know much about the company and only buy a few of their products but they always inspire confidence and this Q4 is a great example.I use it in the vegetable garden after struggling for years to be completely organic but had to admit partial defeat after a large delivery of horse manure proved to contain masses of snail eggs resulting a snail explosion that has taken me and nature over five years to defeat. Also more and more stables are using wood based bedding rather than straw so I have stopped getting the annual delivery. I don't want to use animal based feeds like blood, fish & bone or chicken manure etc that have been near battery farming so am forced into using stuff like this and Growmore.I really don't have a problem with using chemical based aids like this in my patch - where I am convinced that an organic system has to be the way to go is where pest control is concerned. Even in a small garden like ours you can virtually eliminate pests if you keep everything in balance as best you can and also use physical barriers when necessary - cabbage white butterflies might look pretty but they are not going to get into the veg cage that my brassicas live in - same goes for the wood pigeons who can get a taste for young cabbages and reduce a crop in an hour or two after dawn to a load of stalks with skeletons for leaves lol.Sorry to go off topic but going back to this Q4, all I can say is that it really works well for me (our soil is classic Lancashire style alluvial loam with a lot of clay a foot or two down).

No complaints
I bought this feel from a recommendation. So far so good. The proof will be in how the plants perform this Sumner.
