Does the job
I found I had to space the latch away from the door with spacers (nuts, actually) for it to work properly. Also there seem to be no instructions on how to use the adjuster (I passed the connecting cable through both holes in both directions and that seems to do the trick).

Worked out well
As an afterthought I ordered this part as well as the Merlin Flush Lock , just as well as I did. On the old mechanism the cable is crimped on so I would have had to cut it making it more difficult to re-use. The flush lock and the latch assembly came together so that was very convenient. Excellent service.

tooooooo small
received in good time,product well made except wire from latch to handle,toooooo short,by 50 plus mm,and that's to reach,not to tie off,must be 100 mm short if you want a proper job,very very poor,look elsewhere.
