Without any hassle, they immediately replaced my unit, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.One thing that could be improved is the glass jar's durability, as it needs to be handled with care. Products works well 'ONLY FOR ONE YEAR' which is as long as the company provides.The product is non repairable which means it's a USE & THROW after warranty period and upon contacting Agaro, their customer service offers a 40% discount if you want to repurchase.I had bought is along with extended warranty for 2 yrs with One-assist and they paid for this amount and I did not end up losing money

The product was good and worked well initially. However, after about three months of use, I encountered some issues with the power and sensor functions. Update march 2023:Star rating increased from 1 to 3.I just contacted Agaro on their website by filling up the form for service request and they contacted me through whatsapp requested me to send the product details and shortly after that I received a message of a replacement is being dispatched soon and indeed I received a brand new blender and it is working fine, so I'm really happy with a fast service and a quick customer reach and i was honestly didn't expect that from a brand that is less popular than the other big known brands who fails to meet the customers expectation. I increased my star rating to 3 from 1 this is due to their service quality alone but if this product proves me to be a reliable one for at least 1 year i will increase my star rating to 4 or 5 depends upon the product durability which is a real concern.____________________Old Review:It just stopped working within one month.
