This is essentially a little tens unit that attaches to a waist band. It seems to somewhat stimulate the muscles, but I don’t see how this will help tone my abs. I’ve been doing the twice daily 20 minutes as recommended, and I would think that my muscles would at least feel a little sore if it was actually doing anything, but they aren’t at all.As far as comfort goes, the belt is comfortable, and I like that you do t have to replace the gel pads. I will say, DO NOT start the unit while it’s on your body, and DO NOT start with the “tapping” setting. I made both mistakes my first go, and it literally felt like I was being kicked in the gut! I recommend starting on “shake” or “massage” on the one setting, then putting the belt on and adjusting from there.

The stimulator is really comfortable. It is very easy to put on doesn’t hurt or rub uncomfortably. It is very portable and easy to move around while wearing. I like that I can clean the house or just relax and watch TV all while wearing this. It has 6 different modes and 19 intensity levels. I appreciate that it offered so much variety because I definitely needed to start out on some of the lower intensity levels at the beginning in order to get used to the device. Once I did, though, I found it very relaxing and could really feel it working. I also like how each mode really feels like you’ve done an entirely different exercise. The stimulator itself is extremely easy to use. You spray a little water on the stimulator and it is ready to go. I will continue to use this and I’m looking forward to seeing the results.

I really wanted to love this but I can’t make this work for my abs. The stimulation is so weak even when I had it on the highest setting. I had to hold it down to make better contact with my skin. It’s not like the tried and true EMS. Waste of money. I’ve purchased another similar with smaller attachments and the smaller ones are better for arms but the one for the tummy doesn’t work as well. Get the real deal. Costs a lot more but worth it! They need to work on the design for women with small waists. I’m 5’4 110 lbs.

I'm going to give this a 4 because as good as it's being, wondering how far it will take me... only on level 3, haven't even maxed yet. Price is decent. Padding electricrods are nice because you don't have to worry about extra stuff or cost...

The stimulator is sticky and stay on well, doesn’t leave a residue on the skin. I had it on for about 20 minutes at a time, you could feel it working but didn’t hurt. I have alot of extra skin from the weight loss but could still feel it working under it all. I think it’s a pretty neat thing. I did dishes and folded laundry with it on and had no problems with it trying to come off. I did charge it once and that was easy like anything else, just plug the wire it came with into a plug and charged right up. Setup was super easy.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I've tried a couple of these and this is by far the best one. Love the velcro waist. It stays in place and doesn't move around like others I've tried.The battery charges fully and you can run. Several cycles before the battery depleted. Each setting provides a different ab stimulation so that your abs dont get use to one type of workout.I would definitely recommend this product. Quality:The belt has very good stability and stays in place allowing for maximum workout.

Easy to use with supplied usb cable. The battery and the controls are on a small box that easily attached to band with magnetic controls. And isn’t cumbersome or bulky, if you are sitting with your back in a chair. I bought this actually for my back pain. I used tens devices previously, but you are limited with movement, as well as the wires and connectors never stayed in place. I could tell the difference immediately for my back. I can see how this would really do the job for abs. Unlike other devices, this has a massage feature, which is a good cooldown after use.
