For along time I’d been wanting to try giving my children (both under 10) magnesium because I’d heard of all the great benefits it offers ! These are the best we have ever tried , so much so I have them on subscribe and save! Really good for my 7yr old. Magnesium is really important for my son and helps with his sleep and behaviour. The gummies are really good and son loves the taste. Also with them being in a big pack they last ages as it can be expensive to buy these which magnesium on there own isn’t readily available in shops.

These are really helping my sons sleep but is there any need for them to be sugar coated??

My ultra fussy autistic daughter takes these alongside prescribed melatonin. They taste good and she doesn't sleep as well without them.
