I did not like that the bow was missing. and have had no result in trying to obtain one. I do not want to have to return her ad reorde but am getting a bit upset about not getting any help here

I love this doll! Her face is gorgeous and her eyes are so realistic! Her long dark hair is silky and luxuriant--wig is top quality. Knit outfit and shoes are adorable. She can sit, lie down--it's easy to pose her. Her knees and elbows aren't articulated, but she's capable of many cute positions. My only complaint is that I would like the name of the artist who sculpted her face mold, and the shop couldn't provide it. I'm a collector, so this is important information for me.
