Works great in window 10, switched to virtual com port.Support was great, sent me updated firmware for handset.

I have been using this product now for several months and it's never let me down once. It's its easy to use and has so far a 100% scan rate without any errors. If I need another in the future this is the one I would buy again.

I purchased 3 of these barcode scanners in Feb 2024 at the same time.One of the scanners stopped charging in the cradle/base by October 2024.Amazon washed their hands of the issue and left me to the deal with manufacturer directly. Not sure how that will play out or how long it will take to resolve.Now I am waiting for a response form the manufacturer, bearing in mind the xmas busy period is about to begin for us.Deeply disappointed, and just dreading at the thought of how long the other two scanners will last for.

Excellent scanners, nice design, easy to use. I bought 10 of them, all work well with 1D and QR barcodes scanned form a ticket printed on paper or mobile screens (unless the screen is cracked or very low resolution).

The scanner is lightweight and easy to setup and use.

2 out of 5 that we have purchased have become faulty despite being well looked after and all instructions having been adhered to. The trigger becoming stuck and not depressing automatically also seems to be a common theme. Shame as these are a seemingly well built product otherwise, and when they do work, they work well.

I have a small business selling specialist paint to furniture upcyclers and this has been a bit of a game changer for me in terms of stock control.It did take me a while to get my head around it and the instructions aren't particularly clear to first time users like myself, but I eventually got it to connect to my Wix inventory and so far, it seems to be working OK (although I did need a bit of assistance from Wix customer service to get it set up to do what I needed it to do).I have it connected directly into my PC, but I can also connect it to the Wix app on my phone should I so wish. The scanner itself works well - it has a good range and can even scan barcodes that are dirty, really small or obscured in some way. It vibrates and beeps to let me know it has scanned correctly.When not it use, it sits nicely in the charging cradle.I can see this device having a broad range of uses in a variety of settings. If it's the first time you've used one then you may find yourself a little frustrated but once you've overcome and hurdles you'll be amazed how much easier it is to track stock reducing margin for error and you'll save a lot of time not having to alter it manually.
