This product has a strong garlic taste and smell. It doesn't look like your average white garlic powder your use to. It adds a lot more flavor and value for the money. I like that It's in a big jar so I don't have to buy garlic all the time.. This Is a better value.

this is the best granulated garlic i've purchased yet. it's almost like fresh garlic. it flavors your food great. my first use i over used it, thinking it was like all the other dry stuff. so take it easy when first using it. I will buy again!!

Smells great, I might have overdone it with how much I now have but I do put it on a lot of things.

I seem to have encountered the same issue as other customers. I should have read the reviews first, although there were so many five-star reviews I thought it would be a good product. The first thing I noticed is the strong garlic smell upon opening the box. So, the seal was not airtight. Second, my first thought upon looking at the product was, "Is this a container of wood chips?" I see after reading the reviews that this is probably because there are a bunch of hulls in the product, and not simply pure garlic bulbs, as described. No wonder it was cheap. Oh well, fortunately Amazon has a good return policy.
