After purchasing multiple ice packs from various drug stores and being disappointed in their sizes and coverage. I found this particular ice pack and I am extremely happy with the back coverage that this ice pack gives me.Just recently having broken my back and having spinal fusion, icing my back is extremely important.This ice pack stays cold longer than any other ice pack I have tried.I wish I had found this ice pack years ago before I spent time and money on mediocre ice packs.It folds up nicely so that I can put it back in my freezer.I highly recommend this particular product for anyone who needs to ice an injury or surgical site.

Best one we’ve owned! We have owned many ice packs! This one gets cold fast and stays cold a long time even if you are sitting on it! Large enough to cool my 6’4” husbands backside and hips! Comfortable to sit on, large enough for his back too!

The directions on the Amazon site say you can use as hot or cold. The instruction pamphlet and the package itself.... says .....DO NOT put in hot water or a microwave.It also, on the instruction pamphlet provided, state to strap it in with the strap provided. No strap was included.I live in a hot climate so I use ice pkgs regularly. This looks to be good quality and is not bulky so I'm sure it will fit my needs. But the Amazon write up is not correct in that it states Hot or Cold.

Easy to use - pliable when cold to get it into the right position where the cold is needed. I always wrap it in a dishtowel to keep from freezing my skin too much. I've bought several of these over the years. We've had a couple break from use in the past as well

I love how large this is. I have stomach ulcer flare ups that leads to my abdomen and back hurting bad. This is wonderful because it will cool my back and abdomen at the same time. I've also found that it stays cold for longer than 95% of other cool packs I've bought.

This thing is great. Stays cold for a very long time.

I have had these for just over 30 days and both pads have popped. Complete waste of money go with the Revix pads instead.I’ve been warming them in the microwave for 1 min, as the directions say. One of them popped almost immediately, in the microwave for about a minute and 15 seconds. ( I didn’t realize there was already time left on the microwave from a previous use. So that one is my fault…I guess.. ). So I have been using only one of the pads most mornings, for about three weeks. that one popped this morning at 45 seconds in the microwave. I guess the seams are very flimsy and weak and over a few weeks of heating gave out. And I can’t find a way to contact the seller. So save your money and go with a different brand that is more sturdy.
