Great starter paper for beginners….
This is a great quality for beginners and a great price too making it even better for practicing watercolours. 60 sheets should last a while too so easy on the pocket. Very Happy Thank you.

This has grown on me
I firstly gave this a crap review. But since using it a bit, I've found that it is really good for some techniques. The thing is, it's really heavily sized, both on the surface, and within. Hard to make wet so colours merge uncontrollably and then run off if you like very wet in wet as I do.However, all it takes is a bit of adjustment and a few failures till you get the hang of it, and actually, I have got some nice effects that my very absorbent Indigo paper just can't do. Also, the grainy texture creates a dappled effect with a weak wet wash as the bits settle into the dimples. This is rather good, (as long as you were expecting it!) Clingfilm works brilliantly with this paper. You get quite a lot of pixelation though, so be warned. The photos are all of bookmarks I've done on this paper so you can see how the paper tends to respond. Hope it helps. All in all, cheap and cheerful and takes the pressure off to achieve good results. Great for studies and quick paint sketches. And often you get something well worth having. It can't compare with the expensive brands but then, neither can the price. You pays your money and you takes your choice.

Excellent quality
A really good quality paper. Can hold plenty of water, and is a nice colour- not grey, like cheaper quality papers. Hasn't buckled or warped. I will purchase this paper again.

Good for practice
I've been using this paper, mainly because of the low cost. I have more expensive papers, which perform better. This paper is ideal for trying out ideas or for small sketches, but I find the water doesn't move as easily compared to more expensive ones. Great buy for price.
