This review is for the model labelled 'BLACK' on Amazon, with the directly vertical arm rest supports (not diagonal).Most comfortable desktop chair for the price. My boss ordered me one of these chairs for work, and I loved it so much, I ordered one for my home. The lumbar support is great and feels extremely sturdy, and when the headrest is extended, it works perfectly for lying back and resting your head. The arm rests are also very comfortable. The build is great. I am 5'10" and 250lb or so and it holds me up just fine. Order this chair now while its on discount.

Easy to out together and comfortable for husband. Neck area is comfortable but sometimes when you sit down your shirt in back rises a little but not uncomfortable :) thanks would recommend this product.

This chair is the most poorly constructed, uncomfortable chair I've ever sat in. The cushion under the seat mesh doesn't mask the hard plastic. The the angle of the seat is unnatural. The back support at its lowest is too high to be in my lower back where the support should go, and the head rest only goes to the middle of my shoulders. It's horrible. A very bad product.

I have bought this twice now. I find the mesh cooling, even more so than previous mesh seated chair I have had for over 10 years. It is firmer but I find it comfortable. It is not overly difficult to put together. A few screws took a little more muscle to tighten than others. I'm not a huge fan of lumbar support and this seems to be middle of the road for support so not too bad. I don't care for the wheels. I already changed them out with the rollerblade style wheels from the chairs I am replacing these with. My biggest complaint is the location of the stupid government required safety tags. This chair has 3 that are about 10" long each. They are sewn into the seat bottom where the mesh meets the side of the seat frame. Impossible to remove completely. Will absolutely not tear either unless you can start a tear/cut in the edge of each tag. Literally developed shoulder bursitis trying to rip them out. Would probably buy again, though.

I have been using this chair for more than half a year. I am a little fat and the mesh has not sagged and no defects have been found during this time.

Easy to assemble with clear instructions provided. Well built chair with many adjustable elements: headrest, height, armrests, lumbar support and recline ability. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a computer chair.

Very comfortable and well made!

This is an amazing ergonomic chair, especially for people that tend to overheat easily. I have this chair at work and wouldn’t want to miss it for one second. I am naturally a more warm and during my work on the computer I can get really hot. This chair helps a lot with it since it does offer a good circulation of air.The ergonomic aspect of the chair is also nice. The lumbar support is fantastic. The adjustable armrests and headrest personalize the chair even more.It was very easy to assemble and rolls great on a mat.Overall, one of the better office chairs I am currently using and very high on the list have my go to chairs!
