Whenever I use the power bank, it produces an excessive amount of heat, and my phone also becomes extremely hot while charging. Eventually, the charging stops automatically, likely due to overheating.This seems to be a serious safety concern, and I am worried about potential damage to my phone or personal safety. I kindly request a replacement for the product, or an appropriate solution as soon as possible.
