Fabulous! Even heating, cleans up like a dream, lots of space for whatever you're cooking. Non stick surface! Great.

I was a chef for close to 30 years and very particular with my cookware. I recently purchased this griddle and found it every bit bit as good as describe. There was a comment about eggs sticking - they do not. They slid around the surface with ease and cooked perfectly. I highly recommend this griddle, I think you'll be very happy with it.

Where has this griddle been all my life? Perfect size, cooks evenly, nice and flat on my (hated) electric stove. I can cook 10 pieces of bacon or 5 pork chops or 6 pretty large salmon pieces. Eggs don’t stick with light spray of oil. Cleans up nicely just don’t go above medium heat!

Disappointing Quality - Not Worth the HypeI was really excited to try out the GreenPan 18" x 11" Double Burner Griddle Pan, but unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. While the nonstick surface is advertised as ceramic and PFAS-free, it didn't perform as well as I hoped. Food still sticks, especially when cooking at higher temperatures, and it makes cleaning a huge hassle despite the "dishwasher safe" claim.The griddle is also quite heavy, making it hard to handle, especially when it’s full of food. I found the stainless steel handles uncomfortable to grip and too hot to touch during cooking, which defeats the purpose of having them. Additionally, the pan seems to heat unevenly, causing certain areas to cook faster than others, leading to frustrating, inconsistent results.I also noticed some scratches after only a few uses, which is disappointing for a product marketed as durable and long-lasting. For the price, I expected much better performance. I wouldn’t recommend this pan to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient griddle.

I wanted to get away from the teflon... but, I had some bad experiences with other non stick cookware. They tend to remain non-stick for a few uses, then they wear out. I think that there is some sort of spray on them that wears off over time... God knows what that is... for all I know, it is worse than teflon for you...BUTThat is not the case with these. At least so far, and I've probably used this 25 times or so, it is holding. It retains its non-stick properties, and performs amicably. Used exclusively for making pancakes, so the high edges on this are kind of a bummer (hard to get a flipper in close to the edge)... but it is doing well, and so far, I'm happy.

This is the best skillet I’ve ever bought! It cleans up so well, and is so pretty.

Love this griddle, I’ve tried a few, this one has weight so it doesn’t move around on the stove unlike the non stick griddle I had that warped, I like to fry eggs, they do not stick on this griddle, I purchased another well known expensive griddle (HC) more than twice the cost but eggs stuck horribly, glad I found this Original GreenPan griddle!

This pan works well in the oven. It is sturdy and does not flex. The quality is excellent and equals pans that are much more expensive.
