The stock stereo in our 2013 Rav 4 Limited stopped working. I decided to purchase and install this unit since it was specifically made for the car. The installation was fairly easy, even though the directions could be a little better. I'm impressed with the quality and functionality of the unit. Wireless Carplay works well through the Zlink app. I used the harness that had more wires. The steering wheel controls and backup camera work great. Huge improvement over the stock unit that was in the car.

I purchased this product to replace the OEM radio in my 2014 RAV4. Absolutely love the big screen, very clear and such a nice upgrade from the factory radio. Very easy install! All of the wires/harnesses have labels. The instructions show large, easy to read pictures to see where everything goes. The ONLY thing that I was bummed about is that it does not work with the factory back-up camera. The video image of what is behind the car does not appear. You will need to use the camera provided or buy an aftermarket adapter to connect necessary wires for OEM camera.2 helpful hints... There is a small 4 or 6 pin connector, for steering wheel controls, that kind of gets lost in all the other wires during install. Be sure to plug that in! Also, the top trim piece is a bit tricky to re-install when putting everything together. Slide it behind radio and push everything in together. Otherwise it will not fit if you put radio in first.Definitely worth the money!!

I’m glad I upgraded my screen. The screen looks nice, unlike the other screens, you can change the theme of the homepage since some of them have ugly themes. AppleCar play works great. Just make sure if it’s not working that CarPlay is enabled from your iPhone. The sound, camera are good no problems there and the setup is quite easy. Just need to follow YouTube. Apple CarPlay is going to make a big difference to my driving experience.The only thing I had an issue is was in order to use the navigation system that is GPS connected (without data) you have to connect to WiFi to download the map. For some reason the screen was having a difficult time connecting to WiFi, but hey at least I have CarPlay which is better.

Decent Radio with recent Android OS with many features. Screen is bright and sharp. CarPlay works as advertised. Install on a 2013 RAV4 was quick and easy. Connections with included wiring harness was straight forward. One caveat is the included written instructions. As typical of the country of manufacture, the instructions are not clear and concise, having been probably written by a non-native English speaker. Odd word choice and sentence structure with unusual wire naming and part nomenclature require the installer to use deductive reasoning to find the proper wiring for installation.

I highly recommend you buy this one!! It took less than 30 min to install. Instructions are very clear. All you gotta do is plug it; best thing no need to set up the SWC & it even shows you if the car doors are open. It comes with everything you need + backup camera. The media could not be loaded. Love the new look. Sounds system good and describes like it says. Easy installation.

It looks great and works well! Installation instructions could be more clear but I was able to figure it out. It can be a bit hard to put the trim piece back on in the end but after some time it looks great in my 2014 RAV4. You’ll have to use the power cable with the canbus (the one with more cables).

- emailed customer service no response- had to trim the instrument panel trim panel due to the screen was to big. Thank you to the reviewer who added this tip- screen was extremely hot and would not work. I would be using the maps and it will move the maps screen.Now I am out of a part because it was modified.
