This product makes me feel so calm! I can't believe it. I have ADHD and I get the product - get dopa. I'm not sure if that is making me feel calm or the nad+

A good concentration and not too expensive.I will not explain what NAD is used for but only focus on my experience in taking it.Easy to swallow with ample amount of water. I did not notice any bad aftertaste.No adverse side effects like bloating or nausea was observed after taking it for over a week now.At the time of review, £14 for 60 days as it is advised to take 2 daily, is a good price. I have taken NAD several times more expensive.So far it is good but in case of any changes to my opinion now, I will add the observation to this review.

Felt no difference whatsoever so ever

I find I really need to look at the product description to get an accurate account of what's in the capsules. These are 500mg Nicotinamide Riboside per 2 capsules. So this is actually a 60-day supply.This is reasonably priced for 500mg per serving for 60 servings, but you can get bigger tub sizes that are better value.Personally, I prefer these capsules that have essential a half dose per capsule, since I can more easily control the dosage. This is especially important for me early on when I'm monitoring for side effects.These capsules are easy to swallow. They aren't small, but they aren't huge or sticky like others I've tried.In terms of effectiveness, it's hard to tell. I have been trying a few different things to help with fatigue, and this is one in the mix. Even after a few weeks of use, I can't say this has made a huge difference to me. I've seen other people saying that they felt their energy increase massively, but that hasn't been the case for me.After this tub is finished, I'll see if I feel any worse. If I don't, I won't rebuy.

A daily supplement to provide body with addition NAD. NAD is required for cellular division. If there is not enough NAD or a struggle to find sufficient, it puts a strain on cellular division. For good, efficient mitosis, having additional NAD makes the process not constrained, not stressed. The new cells when divide are more young, fresh, and gives a more youthful body of cells. The majority of cells in our body are not more than a couple of years old. It takes time to get rid of the stressed mitosis cells to have the new easy mitosis cells, thus a younger less tired appearance inside and outside of body.

NAD is thought to slow symptoms of aging and has a number of other benefits. But supplements are sometimes not absorbed well, so this counteracts this by making it lipsomal.
