Classics on Modern Console
I bought this collection for one game, SvC 2. That game alone is worth a full five star review. Add in all the other games in the collection? Oh boy, I'd give more stars if Amazon let me, but they won't.I've played almost all of these games back in either the arcade or on their original consoles back in the past. SvC 2 was always a game I loved, but hated on the Dreamcast. The controller just wasn't great for it. On modern consoles with better controllers, this game runs great. The netcode is fine, inputs have minimal delays, and the added features to make the game more like a modern fighting game are welcome additions. For the price, you're getting a lot of games for a fraction of the price that they cost back back back in the day. Great value overall and is hard to beat.

Doesn't get much better than this!
If you have a soft spot for classic Capcom fighting games like Street Fighter Alpha 3 or Capcom vs SNK, and even deeper cuts like Power Stone 1 & 2 and Project Justice from the Sega Dreamcast Era, then this collection is for you! I've been waiting for Power Stone re-releases for a long time (since early 2000's!) and being able to play them again in 2025 put a huge smile on my face... which quickly turned into me screaming at the TV from the frustration of certain battles LOL. But that's all part of the charm of these classics. You get 8 solid nostalgic bangers on this collection, full of awesome options like alt music tracks and a plethora of screen filters to emulate the displays of yesteryear. Plus you can double the output resolution in the game's settings as well, providing some extra clarity for today's larger HD/4k displays. Absolutely incredible, though somewhat small collection that allows you to play some of the greatest Capcom classic fighters at home or on the go, faithfully reproduced here, with all the fun gameplay, visuals and sound you knew and loved from the originals, with a few added bonuses. Hard to beat that!

Another brawling home run for Capcom
Capcom Fighting Collection 2 is a continuation of Capcom's retro Collection of games which revolutionized the Fighting genre. This one is very notable due to the inclusion of their crossover games with the world of SNK with Capcom Vs SNK: Millennium Fight 2000 Pro, and Capcom Vs SNK: Millionaire Fighting 2001.As with the previous Collection entries, the game features a robust museum of artwork and concept documents, but the big draw the ability to play online against others. If you are a fan of Capcom's one on one fighters such as Street Fighter or a fan of SNK's Fatal Fury, King of Fighters, and even Samurai Shodown, this is a must buy.

A great collection of long lost and much loved games
Stunning collection of games, such a shame it never got a physical release in the UK which lead to me using the US Amazon site, which delivered perfectly as always.

Capcom Fighting Collection 2 - Nintendo Switch
A Well‑Crafted Retro Fighting Collection with Minor FlawsAs a long‑time fan of Capcom’s fighting games, I approached Capcom Fighting Collection 2 with high expectations. It delivers a polished, nostalgic compilation, though it’s not without a few shortcomings. Here’s a breakdown:Game SelectionThis collection focuses on some of Capcom’s more obscure and experimental fighters, including Cyberbots, Red Earth, and Star Gladiator 2. It also gives fans of Rival Schools something to finally enjoy on modern hardware. While that niche lineup will excite retro enthusiasts, casual players—who might miss classics like Street Fighter or Darkstalkers—may feel less engaged.Gameplay & ControlsEach game plays smoothly on both docked and handheld modes. Controls feel responsive, and button mapping is customizable. Serious players will benefit from using a Pro Controller or arcade stick. Some characters and mechanics feel dated, but that retro feel is part of the charm.Online & ExtrasThe addition of rollback netcode means competitive matches feel smooth and reliable online. There are also many quality‑of‑life features: save states, visual filters, difficulty settings, and a robust museum mode that includes concept art and music libraries.PresentationMenus are clean, stylish, and easy to navigate. Load times between games are minimal. The included gallery materials will appeal to fans of classic Capcom art and soundtracks. What Could Be BetterNiche game selection means fewer mainstream favorites.Still missing titles like Capcom vs. SNK, Power Stone, or Marvel crossovers.A few entries feel like filler compared to standout titles in the collection.Final VerdictCapcom Fighting Collection 2 is a thoughtfully curated set of Capcom fighting titles with solid enhancements and smooth online play. It’s a must-have for collectors and a worthwhile discovery for players looking to dive deeper into Capcom’s lesser-known fighting legacy. That said, it may leave some fans wanting more mainstream favorites.

NICE
I bought this for my friend. He loves it. He plays Nintendo Switch games. This was one of his favorite games. He tried to find it other places, but it was sold out. So we checked Amazon and he is glad I bought it for him.
