The best prenatal!
This is the best prenatal! It’s sucks eating 8 pills but the nutrients are optimal and bioavailable. I’ve used with the all of my pregnancies. I have 2 beautiful small kids and one on the way. I don’t always eat the best because of nausea/cravings/aversions so this is a good supplement for those moments. I’ve had 3 pregnancies and my nausea with these is rare. I was never one of those people who got sick all the time and clutched the toilet all day. I believe these were the reason. I noticed on days I didn’t take them that I was more tired and nauseous. Your pee will look neon and I wouldn’t take these within 5-6 hours of sleeping. I feel like when I take them too close to sleep they will keep me up all night. Will buy all through my breastfeeding journey again.

I really like these prenatal vitamins
I have been using these for 3 (healthy) pregnancies and initially purchased them because they were recommended by the author of the book of "Real Food for Pregnancy". I appreciate that they contain Methylfolate and are high potency. They are pricey but when comparing them to other prenatal vitamins, they seem to contain much more. I tried other prenatal vitamins for a little while but stuck with these because I felt that I was getting what I was paying for. There are several (8) to take in a day but I noticed that spacing them out during the day (2 - 3 at a time) actually helped me with morning sickness (combined with eating adequate protein). I think that this is because of the Vitamin B6, which I have also seen in other morning sickness products. I didn't notice an increase in energy. Also of note is the fact that they do not contain iron. Personally I do not need iron in a prenatal but I did take other supplements; magnesium/calcium, probiotics and fish oil, etc., in addition to this prenatal. This remains a very solid base prenatal/post-natal supplement for me. If God blesses us with more children I will definitely use these again, as babies and I are all healthy. Granted health is much more than just supplements, but I wouldn't want to use another prenatal if it's working for me.One tip would be to not store these in another pill case for very long. They may develop discoloration (that could possibly be mold?) without the moisture absorber that is included in the bottle. Just a note also that it is not an expiry date on the bottom of the bottle, but rather the date that they were manufactured. These have always seemed very fresh to me.

Favorite prenatal
This is the prenatal that my functional medicine Dr recommended and it was fantastic. If you have a hard time taking pills, open them and put them into a smoothie or yogurt!!

Don’t waste your money! You need to have 8 a day!!
It should be written in big and bold letters that you need to take 8 of these vitamins to get the daily amount needed when pregnant. That’s ridiculous, no pregnant woman is taking 8 vitamins a day! I wish I knew that before I spent a fortune on these vitamins. And as far as I’m concerned they’re nothing special even when you do take them. I wish I could return but Amazon doesn’t let

Noticable increase in energy
After taking the entire bottle I have noticed a noticeable increase in my energy. For the past 11 months with a change in my diet and working out consistently ,I still noticed that I struggled in the evening time. I never used to feel like that and it started to bug me.After taking this whole bottle I can say I definitely say that I don't feel like the only thing I look forward to is laying down to go to sleep like I did before. While the serving size is quiet big (8 caps) I think you just have to realize it is still one servicing size and some ingredients are good sourced which is great.

Prenatal vitamins
Although 8 pills is a lot, at least the pills don’t make you gag!

Most comprehensive Prenatals I have found
On my fourth pregnancy. My husband is one of those guys that will research stuff till he’s blue to make sure he’s happy with whatever. This is the prenatal vitamins we ended up with after his research; so I’m pretty confident that there’s nothing better out there. I’m currently taking 4 different vitamins1) Seeking Health Optimal Prenatals (8 pills a day)2) Fish oil from Nordic naturals (2 pills a day)3) Cal-mag from pea-pod (2 pills a day)4) Juice plus- red and green bottle. ( 2 pills each bottle- 4 pills all together)So, all together, 16 pills a day. It’s obviously divided throughout the day.I’ve done this regiment with all 3 and currently the fourth baby and they’ve all been perfect. We had twins first go around, singleton, and now another singleton. Not saying what I’m taking is the end all be all, just showing what I take that I’ve had great results with! Good luck all!
