Ingredients are listed on the label: Microbes, molasses, & water. It is to be used for both before and after planting This product is used as a seed treatment, applied at planting, and during the plant's growth in the soil as well as foliar feed mixes.

EM-1 can be used on ANY plant. It won’t hurt your blueberries. It activates the soil with beneficial microbes, which in turn make the nutrients in your soil available to the plant by breaking them down into substances the plant can access and use. It’s perfectly safe.

If you are mixing the EM1 to water for use only - you want to use it that same day. If you are talking about activating the product for use - that is a whole different, detailed answer.
